Dreher 2005 Stiff Adjustable Carbon Foot Stretchers with New Wave Shoes:
In 2005, we designed a foot stretcher that was light, stiff, and could be used with or without a foot plate and attached from the front. The 2005 design can have the shoes mounted direct to the frame or fitted with either a standard foot plate or the new 2006 Foot Plate (see above) for greater ease and speed of adjustment. As OEM equipment on high end racing shells the separate footplate affords the convenience of quick and easy access for shoe height adjustability. Without the separate shoe plate the 2005 stretcher is an economical option on a more modestly price boat. For the direct connection of the shoe to the frame the trade off is less ease of adjustment with a lower cost and lower weight configuration. The 2005 foot stretcher frame cannot accept a angled foot plate at this time.
Dreher 2006 Foot Plate: New in 2006 is the 2006 Foot Plate designed for the 2005 Foot Stretcher for use with New Wave shoe splay adjustment disks. Presently the foot plate is 26 cm wide and accommodates shoe widths of 15 cm (shoe center to center). Coming soon are plates of 14 cm, 16 cm and 17 cm shoe spacing widths.
Dreher 2007 Foot Stretcher Frame:
In 2007 we designed a carbon foot stretcher that can accept foot plates now used for Sykes and Empacher style shells. As yet we have not done a dedicated carbon plate for this style foot stretcher.

These 2006 Foot Plate New Wave Attachment Disks are compatible with our 2005 Carbon Footstretcher.

2007 Foot Frame compatible with Sykes and Empacher racing shells. The spacing of the three footplate attachment points are 12.5 cm apart.
